USPS is our primary shipping carrier for the United States only, except Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. We utilize USPS as our carrier for international countries. We do not collect or is responsible for taxes and custom charges that your country may impose. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out if you chose Free Shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to linkus@fashionsophisticated.com. Please NOTE that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code and time zone. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS/DHL for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS or DHL. It is the responsibility of USPS or DHL to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
