Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Fashion Sophisticated Boutique, we are committed to providing you with great quality products and an exceptional shopping experience and want you to enjoy shopping with us.

  • Fashion Sophisticated Boutique does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available.
  • You have 14 days after the purchase date to return your item for store credit.
  • Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at  checkout.
    Please note that  store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
  • Merchandise maybe returned if defective or for an exchange. 
  • If an exchange is not available, a store credit will be applied.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective.
  • Final Sale - Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchange. 
  • Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

    Fashion sophisticated boutique purchases cannot be returned to DS FASHION SOPHISTICATED.  D S Fashion Sophisticated Store purchases cannot be returned to FASHION SOPHISTICATED Boutique.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your return.

You have 5 days after receiving your purchase to notify us of a defect or an exchange if your item was purchased online or within 48 hours if it was done in store. After the return/ exchange has been approved, you have 14 days from the delivery date to mail your return/exchange for store credit. For in store purchases item/ items must be returned within 5 business days. Monday- Saturday.

  • Please email us at linkus@fashionsophisticated.com to request a Return Authorization, the email should include the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for your return
  • A picture showing the defect.

      

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and ensuring the safety of the package. Fashion Sophisticated Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package, however it is the customer responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

**Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

*IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEMS FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE YOU ARE REPONSIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE NEW FEE.

  • Returns for store credits and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Reimbursement for returns without an exchange takes up to 3 days for store credits to be applied your account or immediately in store. An email will be sent to notify you of the amount and code. Returns with exchange takes 4 days to ship. Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, or date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Customer identification may be required to prevent fraud.

 Final Sales on all pre-orders, special orders, sale items (40-50% off), hair accessories, gifts, bathing suit, bralettes undergarments, bodysuits, leggings, hosiery etc.) sunshades and jewelry. Last Act Items.

Defective items purchase online must be reported within 5 business days from the day received, any later items will not be considered for a refund. In store purchases must be reported within 2 days of purchase and returned within 5 workdays, (Mon-Sat).

 

 Orders cannot be Cancelled You will receive a store credit.

Store credit never expires, and may be used, for purchase of in stock merchandise only.  however, they cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering the code at checkout, please note that store credit must be used in full and it is only for one time use only.

Please return your defective order within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping, all returns will be thoroughly inspected, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in original unworn condition/package and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear) with tags attached.

Attention: Items purchased online during the holidays has an extra 10 days to be returned.
