Shipping

 

We are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and offer both domestic and international shipping. All orders are shipped from this location except for instore pickup at D S Fashion Sophisticated Boutique. We ship our orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL (for international orders).  All orders are ship within 1-3 business days and international orders are process within 1-5 business days once your payment has been verified, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Details:

  • We offer international shipping via DHL or UPS where applicable.
  • During peak sales periods, such as Black Friday, Pink Friday or holiday sales, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
  • Tracking information will be provided the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • Delivery time starts once tracking information is available and does not include processing time.

  •  Fashion Sophisticated Boutique is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or weather-related circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost, please contact USPS, UPS, or DHL directly with the tracking number provided upon shipping.
  • As lost packages are the responsibility of the courier, we cannot replace lost items.

Signature Requirement:

  • If you would like to request a signature requirement for your package, please mention this in the order notes. We will send you an invoice for the additional fee to ensure your package is delivered safely.

Address Accuracy:

  • Shipping addresses are automatically exported from our database. Please verify that your address is correct upon receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Once an order has been shipped, address issues must be resolved directly with the courier. If an error is identified, please email us within 4 hours of your confirmation email. After that, we are unable to make changes.

Out of Stock Items:

  • If an item is out of stock, you will receive an immediate refund. In the case of partial shipments, the out-of-stock item will be refunded at the time of shipment, and you will be notified via email.
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your bank account.
